As an IoT Deployment Specialist, you’ll handle the setup, configuration, and calibration of IoT devices in real-world environments. Your work ensures that each connected system runs smoothly and communicates reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Install and configure IoT devices in field environments.
- Set up MQTT, HTTP, or Modbus communication protocols.
- Calibrate devices for accurate operation.
- Conduct system testing and validation.
- Plan and execute IoT hardware deployments tailored to client site requirements.
- Perform on-site installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation, integration, and commissioning of devices.
- Maintain the stability and reliability of deployed IoT systems to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
- Monitor device performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Provide on-site technical support to resolve client hardware-related issues quickly.
- Train clients on product usage and maintenance best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Ensure efficient deployment to meet project timelines.
